The staff were very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed the breakfast, fitness room, quiet atmosphere even though there was a busy street outside. The bathroom was up to standards. Housekeeping was confusing since it was every other day and I worried my sheets were not clean. I prefer a firm mattress instead of the soft one at this hotel. The location was convenient, parking was good, I felt safe in the room and hotel. I have stayed at the Alloy - Hilton before and was unsatisfied with cleanliness, customer service, and the room. Homes 2 is significantly better in all areas. I thought this was an excellent place to stay while visiting family.

It was in a great location, convenient to everything! Staff was super friendly, check in & out was good. Rooms was a nice size, bed super comfortable. The room had a nice size fridge, dish washer, microwave & dishes. The room was very clean. They offered water & cookie upon arrival. It was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion & hand soap in the pump bottles in the room. The rooms look the same in person as it do in the picture which is rare now these day. Breakfast was decent

I like the home2suitws hotels. Spacious and a small kitchenette.

Very clean, new, modern. We only stayed overnight, but it is a great place to stay if you are going to be there for a while. Nice kitchen area with dishes too. Large fridge, not a mini fridge and has a freezer too! Bathroom was vey nice.

Conveniently located near the mall and many shops. The breakfast was really good and provided good options. There is coffee and tea 24 hours and cookies available in the afternoon for guest.
